extensive combined knowledge to Ramen Hub Poke + Sushi.
Masahiro and Steve have over 20 years of experience as ramen and
sushi chefs and as owners of restaurants in Tokyo, New York,
San Diego, and now Long Beach.
Ramen Master Masahiro along with Executive Chef, Steve San, bring
their extensive combined knowledge to Ramen Hub Poke + Sushi.
Masahiro and Steve have over 20 years of experience as ramen and
sushi chefs and as owners of restaurants in Tokyo, New York,
San Diego, and now Long Beach.
Their experience serving the HAKATA STYLE of signature ramen using noodles made by Ramen Master Masahiro's recipes
incorporates a cloudy soup broth made from slowly simmered pork bones for richness and depth of flavor.
OUR TONKOTSU BROTH is boiled for 20
hours for richness and depth of flavor. Our
thin noodle is a 12" hand-pulled slurpin'
noodle and our signature thick noodle is a
10" hand made noodle.
OUR SUSHI AND POKE are top quality and
carefully selected to reflect our commitment
to creating our rolls and bowls from the
freshest fish for superior enjoyment.
Our chefs prepare each bowl of ramen
"ABURI" style, carefully adding fresh
toppings flame-blistered to perfection.
